- Goods held in trust, bullion, unset precious stones, currency, cheques, curio / work of art in excess of RO 100
- Spontaneous combustion
- Subterranean & forest fire
- Riot, strike civil commotion, acts of terrorism
Basis of sum insured
Sum insured can be fixed on Market value basis or Reinstatement basis.
